Isn't this just so pretty?!?!?! The stamp set I used is called Inspiring Iris and I think it has kind of a whimsical flair…. so I thought off-setting the circles was a good fit! The Scripty Embossing Folder give the background a nice subtle touch! And the Tricolor Ribbon (along with the Glitter Enamel Dot) gives the whole card an nice finished touch!
