Here is one of our November class projects.  This beautiful card was shared with me by Tina Verhelst.  The technique used is called the Baby Wipe Technique.  Fold a baby wipe into quarters and drop some ink refill drops on it….  put the drops close together for this.  Then use the inked up baby wipe…
