Time for Tea Gift Packet

This was one of our August Class & Stamp Camp projects.  It's made with a 6" X 6" piece of Designer Paper.  In this case I used the new Tea Room Specialty Designer Series Paper that coordinates with the Tea Time Bundle.

To make the crease lines, fold the square in half so that 2 corners meet to form a triangle.  Using the Scoring Tool, with the folded edge along the left side score at 1/2".  Then place the folded edge along the top of the Scoring Tool and score at 2 3/4" on both sides.

See below to find the folding instructions to assemble the pouch.

With Designer Series Paper open to a 6 inch square, fold small triangles in towards the center on score lines. They will overlap each other.

  1. Fold in half on center score line with “small pockets” on the inside.
  2. Fold remaining 2 score lines back so that pockets are on the outside.
  3. Use the Detailed Trio Punch to punch the top of the pouch.
  4. Attach ribbon through the top hole making a slip knot.
  5. Stamp tea cup and greeting on Very Vanilla using Early Espresso ink.
  6. Punch both images out using the Pretty Label Punch.
  7. Sponge edges of the labels.
  8. Glue labels to doily pieces.
  9. Put Dimensionals (on back outer edges – not top edge ) of labels and adhere to front & back of packet.
